GEO Nova Scotia Seeks IT & Cybersecurity Partner

GEO Nova Scotia is inviting qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals to deliver IT support, cybersecurity, and compliance services.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) supports GEO Nova Scotia’s commitment to maintaining secure, reliable, and effective technology systems that enable our work across the province and support our mission of universal digital inclusion.

Scope of Services

GEO Nova Scotia is seeking proposals from service providers with demonstrated expertise in:

  • IT support and systems management
  • Cybersecurity services
  • Compliance and risk management

Successful proponents will have experience delivering reliable, secure IT solutions and supporting organizations with complex operational needs.

RFP Process and Key Dates

The RFP process includes the following stages:

Expression of Interest (EOI):
Vendors must submit a brief Expression of Interest by Friday, January 30, 2026 at 11:59 AM. Submission of an EOI is required in order to proceed to the proposal stage.

Questions Period:
Confirmed vendors may submit up to three questions by Wednesday, February 4, 2026. All questions and responses will be shared with all confirmed vendors to ensure a transparent and equitable process.

Proposal Submission:
Final proposals must be submitted electronically as a PDF by Friday, February 13, 2026 at 11:59 AM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
